Not roman but byzantine coin.
On reverse (left picture):
- Large I with small cross above.
- In exergue, looks like TES.
- To left ANNO and to right a numeral; this stands for the regnal year and could help identify your coin. I can't read the numeral, there could be vau (looks the same as stigma or digamma, ϛ) and something below. ϛ=6 in this case.
Then, I'd say a Decanummium struck in Thessalonica; the
I letter being the denomination mark here, I=10 nummi=1 decanummium.
There might be
AV to end of obverse lettering at right of bust.
Perhaps Justinian I around 525-567 but hard to say without identifying obverse
Sapientiae plerumque stultitia est comes.
