If it is authentic, it is Spanish or Spanish colonial.

Please, use a meaningful title, give weight, size, origin. You will have more chance to get an identification.

I can't say for sure, but I think it's a replica of:

8 (?) Reales - Felipe IV, minted in Potosi, Bolivia.

Years: 1647-1649
Obverse: Coat representing the lands of the catholic kings and a crown on the top. Mint mark P (Potosí), assayer's mark O (Juan Rodriquez de Roas).
Obv. lettering: PHILIPVS...
PO - V (?)

Reverse: Jerusalem cross, 2 castles and 2 lions inside de tressure. Round line of dots separating lettering. Lettering starts at twelve.

The color of the metal is a bit odd, the authentic coin is silver.
