Цитата: "ALLRED1950"Thank you Camerinvs , iam bad was looking at the 1/2 penny not the penny,
The penny has indeed no difference in trees.
I wonder if there are somewere pictures of the differences for the half pennies
I have a half penny 1844, but I can not define the bever/tree differences

I'll add these to our files shortly, compliments of Heritage Auctions (approved for Numista).
Small trees
Heavy trees
If you look at the trees on the left you will see the difference. With the Tall trees variety (sorry, couldn't find a pic), the left trees make it all the way to the ledge separating the 2nd and 3rd floors.

Has a good die crack from rim though the v in province. Know really nothing about these coin. Any help would be great. thank you daryl
Interesting second look. I believe yours is slightly rotated Daryl. The ground on the left aligns with the "N" of BANK whereas the Heritage pics align with "K".
Edit: Never mind, Penny vs. 1/2 Penny

Thank you all for the help. Sorry my mistake about see the difference in the 1/2 and 1 penny. But some good came from my mistake. I think it is safe now to mark solved
Yes, I believe it's the heavy tree variety. The easiest way to determine it in my opinion is the amount of space between the tree and the letters NK of BANK. There's a lot more space in the small tree variety.
