Does the 1993b note- "Exists in coin alignment", mean possibly or always?
I have a 1993 b, that is not in coin alignment and am not sure whether to add it to the database or not.

I have never seen one not even on the internet, I suspect that it is actually mistake because 20 Heller exists in coin alignment and somebody mixed it up.

If it exists and you would have it, it would be worth a fortune.

Here is a photo and it definitely is medal aligned.

Descriptive photo on mintmarks is little missleading - even 93-94 mintmark type is little inclined.

Yes, that is right. Medal alignment is common coin.

Ok, now I am confused because the database says that the 1993b is coin aligned.

I modified it to say "also" in the coin alignment. It should be ok now.
