Need help to identify old Spanish/Netherlands Medal or Thaler? 42mm

I think it could be with Felipe II (Spanish/Netherlands?) maybe from around about 1576?
That's all I could find on the Internet. Has the size of a Philipsthaler...

Does anyone know anything about this Medal (42 mm)?
I think it is made from Copper and was Gold gilded...
It has a ex-jewelry mount (Silver?) where the hole is.
