Changed dates on French Indochina coins - what is it? [решено]

Hello,

I bought these 2 coins from a heap in a flew market.


Please, look at the dates. There shouldn't be such coins in these years. Moreover, the last 2 figures in the years on both coins look rather inaccurate. As well as a letter A on reverse.


It seems that somebody modified dies before minting. Other parts of the coins looks accurate and normal.
And the conditions of both coins are bad (this is after accurate washing), it doesn't look like modern copy.

Any ideas?
