Please take it out of the holder, that would help.
Looks like 'EINEN KREUZER'
'LANDMUNZE' ?
can you give the weight and dimensions?
Can you read the date?

It's not this coin but it might be from the same German state? The reverse looks similar.

Edit: Or is it the same? Looks similar but the weight and diameter does not match.
