Thank you all for the precious information ... I do not have much experience in numismatics but I am trying to know during which papacy the coin was coined. A clue could be the Medici family crest with six balls on the coin. The three Popes from this family are:
1) Leo X [1513-1521]
2) Clement VII [1523-1534]
3) Leo XI [1605]
