1585 Germanic, Austrian, or Hungarian ??

Can anybody help me identify this coin? I have had it for about a year and have been unable to identify it's origin. I found many attributes that make me think it might be Bavarian, Austrian, or possibly some early Hungarian variant.

3 Kreuzers ?? Rudolph ( Which One?)

It weighs 1.54 g and measures approx. 22 mm
