The design somewhat looks similar to Maldive coins but the dates don't match.
The first coin has a heijra date of 1300, the larger coin is 1255
I can't find any Maldive coins with the date of 1255, but there's a 1/4 lariat matching the 1300 date, but the design is missing some elements.
The larger coin is 11 mm, the smaller one 9 mm in diameter.
