Nagy Saros is the Hungarian name for the Slovakian town of Veľký Šariš which was, if I'm not mistaken, a party of the Hungarian kingdom till the end of WW1. Although the coin is in very rough shape I think it's some sort of modern token, number 1 on the obverse and the letters on the reverse look very modern to me but I couldn't find it in the catalogue, sorry.
Maybe if you could read the last part of the reverse, the text under "Saros", it would make it easier to identify. Also: diameter, weight, metal content could help.
