Weight, thickness, alignment and diameter are fine, and a lot of the cruder details on this coin match up to those in the Heritage Auctions example on the coin's Numista page, but I wanted more experienced opinions for this issue which is probably highly counterfeited in China.

If it is rare or valuable, then it is fake.

I have purchased many fake silver coins in China, with the intention of learning how to identify fakes. I HIGHLY recommend you perform the density test:

All of my fakes fail the density test, although they may pass other tests.

​I've seen those pictures before; the first thought that came to my head was: why is there so much evil in the world?!

But anyway, the coin isn't that valuable according to most sources I can find: http://coinquest.com/cgi-bin/cq/coins?main_coin=18116 my coin certainly isn't UNC!
It's passed the magnet and ping tests very well, too.
