I have a half stuiver coin from The Netherlands East Indies. The lion in the coat of arms looks strange. The position of the coat of arms is different too. Comparing to the one in the catolog. I know there is KM 284.1 and KM 284.2 but both doesn't look like the one in the picture below.

Yes I have contacted him some times before. I don't want to bother him with every question I have. I also commented on that other post.

The lion looks a bit strange indeed. Might be a contemporary counterfeit ? But it can be genuine also, as different dies were cut for making coins.
