But talking about an error for the 25 santeem coin, we do have an error in Krause AND in our catalogue! But it's not for the 25 santeem 2004 but for the 25 santeem 1977 (KM# 46):
https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces4758.html.
Our catalogue says:
KM#46.1 (Small lion head right, uniform chin whiskers)
KM#46.2 (Small lion head, two long chin whiskers at left nearly touch date)
And the coin page provides a picture which show the difference:

I don't know who provided the picture, but it's a bit misleading:

As you can see here: the blue circles show where it's all about, the two long chin whiskers at left nearly touch date (the green arrows within the left blue circle) and the uniform chin whiskers. You can see the left pictures are the one with the the two long chin whiskers (KM# 46.2) and the right pictures are the one with the uniform whiskers (KM# 46.1). So the text between the pictures (KM 46.1 + 46.2) is misleading.
What you also can see on the pictures: the right picture is with a small lion's head and the left picture is with a BIG lion's head. And that's wrong, both in our catalogue and in Krause (both say both versions have a SMALL lion's head)!
Change requests to correct these mistakes is made.
