I do not think you will get banned, neither do I think that you should get banned. Those people call it a trend when I saw three posts, two from you, one from some other guy, giving away free coins. Wouldn't call it a trend.
Besides if people say in their rating it's a gift, it has nothing to do with a swap, so they can judge themselves.
