Exactly what specific help is it you need with the medal?
It was minted to commemorate George V's Delhi Durbar (a coronation ceremony to crown the British monarch as Emperor of India) in 1911, which was also the only such Durbar to actually be attended in person by the monarch crowned.
You say there that you've seen it on Ebay for US$385, and you're absolutely correct in that there is no way on earth this is a reasonable price to pay for it. I'm guessing mintage would be fairly low-medium, since it's quite a localised issue (traceable to a specific mill in Cawnpore), but value is probably still whatever a buyer's willing to pay for it.
These type of Tokens were made by the private company to show there support and respect to British Rule at that time it has nothing to do officially ,there are many tokens like this for example Peace Celebration Calcutta school 1919 token ,there is no much information about these as these were never a officially minted by British rule.
I have not able to find any information officially made by any Standard Token Catalog for India Tokens collectors. https://en.numista.com/forum/topic60588.html
