Worn, copper or bronze, Roman or Greek coin with Temple ?

This appears to have a temple or building on it with columns, on one side, and perhaps Roman writing, but it's well worn.
It's approx. 20mm.

Hello,
It's a byzantine coin, a decanummium (10 Nummi) under Justinian I ; year 14. I'm not sure about the mint.
Two mints are recorded with year 14: Constantinople (CON) and Carthage (CAR). The photo seems to show an A with a bar on top of it in the center of the mint area. However, I could not find an example from the Carthage mint that has an A with a bar on top.
