Can someone tell me what is going on with that one coin? The left one is clearly bigger. And on the close up photo the bottom one (is the left one) you can clearly see the edge is bigger? Also when I am holding them on top of each other and allign bottoms then top doesn't allign, one is bigger. The two right ones are the same size.
Is this normal for Zinc Coins? Is it a fake? A different type? What is wrong with it xD? Maybe someone can explain me.
It is normal, and very interesting.
After the war, Austria took out of circulation millions of zinc Reichspfennig coins, 1, 5 and 10 - and struck them over with the new groschen dies. They are second hand planchets. So there may be visible variants and evidence of the old image!

I think on the 10 Groschen with the bigger rim you can see the image of the old 10 Reichspfennig coin fading thru. I have a 5 Groschen coin in perfect condition where you can see the old coin very cleary ( It is the example on the numista page).

I don't see it on my 10 Groschen, I was checking them all intensively :D
But yeah I saw the image on the numista page and could see the image of the reichspfennig indeed, very nice!
