Yes, it's the right name, mohab, but not the imitation of a Roman coin. You're right that the Greek should read:
Φ Ι Λ Ι Π Π Ο Υ
The first letter is missing, but it's clear it should read "of Philip", i.e. "(coin) of Philip". So, it's an imitation of a Greek/Macedonian coin.
I'm not entirely sure which Philip (there were 5 of them) struck the original, but it would be easy to find, I suppose. Perhaps Philip II, father of Alexander III known as "the Great"? There is no doubt that this is just an imitation. I think they make them to sell to tourists.
