By adding it here : https://en.numista.com/catalogue/samanid_dynasty-1.html

Good luck to find the full inscriptions (center + margins) and translate them : I spend a whole day to understand and add my first islamic coin on the catalog as I wanted to know what means the whole lettering :O.
Some arabic speakers can probably help here to get the inscriptions.

The first picture seems to shows the kalimah :
ﻻ ﺍﻟﻪ ﺍﻻ
ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻣﺤﻤﺪ
ﺭﺳﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ
=
La ilaha illa
Allah, Mohammed
rasul Allah.
=
There is no God but
Allah, Mohammed
is the Messenger of Allah

On the reverse side, I guess it's the name and title of the emir.

Other inscriptions are presents around the coin in the margins : probably the name and title of the Caliph al-Muqtadir in one side and the bismillah on the other side (mint following by the date written in full).

Corrections are welcome as this message is mostly base on presumption (most of those coins are build in the same way) and I'm not patient enough to decrypt the lettering of the second picture as I'm not an arabic speaker and I already have a lot of work with mines x.

If possible, try to find a catalog reference and the years and mints of this coin. I know it's a lot of work but it would be helpfull for the next ones who want to find their coins on the catalog and understand them : the islamic coins are not the easiest ones to identify for occidental people so we should put more effort on them.
What I know so far that this is not a full coin as this coin is clipped. Normally this coin weight about 3g but mine 1.28g that is why it will be hard to get more precisely data. That is why I asked how to add this coin to the catalog.
What I know is ;
Nasr II bin Ahmad, 301 - 331 h.,
with the name of the Caliph al-Muqtadir billah,
Former numista referee for Poland and half of african countries.
