Chinese, Japanese, Korean, or something else?

This one has me stumped:

Found a few of them being sold online, being described as a lucky charm either from China or Korea. Makes sense though, because 富貴多男 literally means something like much fortune and many men.......The reverse 天地, literally is heaven and earth, so reinforces the idea it being a lucky charm.
Long time collector with huge double coin selection. Has huge selection of Japanese historic coins. Trade based on KM catalog values.
I'll add on to Jadish's comment. 富貴多男 is a blessing for a woman to give birth to more males as men had a higher position than women in imperial Chinese days and giving birth to a male is considered fortunate. 天地 means heaven and earth and is the two key components of Chinese fortune telling, fengshui (geomancy).
