It could be Claudius Gothicus or Gallienus, but dont think so that it is silver.

The reverse is to the type RESTITVT(or) ORBIS, so I would expect it's Aurelianus. On the observe I think it reads
AVRELIANVS AVG
It's a variety without IMP(erator) at the start of the legend, which should help greatly to narrow it down.
