cant read the letters to the right of the bust on the obverse very well,
but it looks like emperor Constans, not constantius II
the full reverse would read "GLORIA EXERCITVS"
and the mintmark on the bottom of the reverse looks like SMN, which would be Nicomedia

Do not forget that Roman coins are made by the millions, and not rare at all, except for the nice silver and gold coins.
Here in my village, there a lot of them in the ground, just a good metal detector can do miracles....
