This is a bronze coin of the Umayyad Caliphte (Islamic 41-132 AH / 661-750 AD). As these were considered local coinages, they were struck without mint name or date. This one was struck in Greater Syria, including Palestine.

Obverse center: لله

Obverse margin: لا اله الا الله وحده

Reverse center: duck to left

Reverse margin: محمد وسول الله
