Chinese cash coin charm?

This item is 100*40 mm. It reminds me the shape of the chinese guord charm. an Anybody help with the identification?
Not a coin at all, but a Chinese good luck charm.
The characters on the part shaped like a coin are: 長命 (top & bottom; means longevity) and 富貴 (right & left; means prosperity).

Rijkdom bestaat niet uit het hebben van veel bezittingen, maar in het hebben van weinig behoeften
Really interesting object, thanks for your advice and for the article link, I will read it. Now I have some questions?

is it possible to date?

What's the meaning of the engraving of the lower part of the first image?

And what's written in the reverse (second image)?
It could honestly be from any time... but it's look makes me believe that it might be an older issue. Don't quote me on it though, just a guess.

I didn't even notice the characters on the reverse at first; the top one is 阿, the left one 帶; right one is not visible and bottom one seems to be unclear. Not sure what those characters mean at all.
