Not a coin at all, but a Chinese good luck charm.
The characters on the part shaped like a coin are: 長命 (top & bottom; means longevity) and 富貴 (right & left; means prosperity).
It could honestly be from any time... but it's look makes me believe that it might be an older issue. Don't quote me on it though, just a guess.
I didn't even notice the characters on the reverse at first; the top one is 阿, the left one 帶; right one is not visible and bottom one seems to be unclear. Not sure what those characters mean at all.
