Weight around 13 g, width around 24 mm. Used search here, but could not find any matches..

Persian, maybe Parthian Empire? Is it copper or silver? The lettering looks definitely greek.

That round part on the reverse looks like it was after the fact, soldered into a button or piece of jewelry. Is it raised higher than the other features?

This has similar features at least on the one side

And the face looks like it's possibly straight on instead of profile, like one of these (examples, neither looks quite like yours)
Thank you so much for pointing me in the right direction.
Indeed this seems to be a damaged coin of Artabanos IV. Circa AD 10-38. BI Tetradrachm (27mm, 12.65 g, 12h). Seleukeia on the Tigris mint.

Image below is the coin that is in much better state.

That's it! Looks to be a valuable coin even in bad condition, very nice find! And doesn't appear to be in the Numista catalog

But according to the all knowing Wikipedia, it could also be Artabanus III

On a side note, the glob on the reverse kinda looks like a modern globe. You could definitely use that picture to troll one of the ancient alien forums
