Old Roman coin identification help [решено]

My neighbour have these coins that he offered me, he sent them with really bad resolution - sorry for that.





Are they worth anything? Should I buy them?

These are coins from end of the 4th, begin of the 5th century. I see a VICTORIA AVG type and a SECVRITAS REIPVB type.
If you want to buy them, don't pay more than 3 or 5USD for the whole lot (3 coins it seems ?). They are in too bad condition and cannot be identified completely.
