Hi,

Can someone help me with these mint-signs?
Is there a sign of the mint-house who produced these coins??
What mean those sign(s)??

{{999 means the amount of silver; coins are 20gr and 40mm}}
These are coins in the collection of "History of Railroad" produced in 1998.
With regards.

So you know they are American.
Please Google 'American hallmarks' or 'America silvermarks'.

Hi,

I'm not sure if they are minted in the USA. Therefor mine question.
Look at this coin (8,3gr & 30mm) --looks like the same mintage-codes-- :

On the guarentee-certificate is standing "Made in Germany", but sold in the USA by American-Mint.
And most of the coins are with trains from Germany

Just I got this answer from Dutch "WaarborgHolland" at Gouda.
--------
{Dutch}
Zo aan de foto's te zien gaat om voorwerpen van de firma Göde uit Echt in Duitsland, dat is de G met een kroontje.
Het andere teken is slecht te zien, maar lijkt op een Oostenrijks keurteken.
{Translated English}
As the photos show objects from Göde from Echt in Germany, that is the G with a crown.
The other sign is difficult to see, but looks like an Austrian mark.
--------

These coins are indeed introduced by "BENELUX Muntkantoor Goede/Göde".

This article in Dutch about that office :

These kind of companies exist in Belgium too:
'Sir Rowland hill', and worst : 'Belgisch Munthuis'.
This last give all the impressions of being the official belgian mint.
They all spread coins and token for a lot of money, but with very little value
