Looks like a Nuremburg jeton (counter token), not sure if your exact type is in Numista though...

It is a French royal jeton, struck mainly at Paris and Tournai under Louis XI (1461-1483) and Charles VIII (1483-1497).

obverse: Three fleurs de lis arranged within a 3-arched tressure; 3-pellet clusters in external angles.
+ AVE MARI STELLA DEI MATE (E's are reversed, with vertical line on left and curved line on right, looking similar to our capital D but also having a horizontal line through the middle).

reverse: narrow armed single stranded cross fleuretty with floral ornament in each angle.
+ AVE MARI STELLA DEI MATE (E's are reversed).

About 3.87 grams and 26 mm.
