It is a French royal jeton, struck mainly at Paris and Tournai under Louis XI (1461-1483) and Charles VIII (1483-1497).
obverse: Three fleurs de lis arranged within a 3-arched tressure; 3-pellet clusters in external angles.

reverse: narrow armed single stranded cross fleuretty with floral ornament in each angle.
