Unknown ancient coins - identification

Please help me identify these coins:

First is a "barbarous radiate", probably of Tetricus (roman empire late 3rd century). Obverse pic should be rotated 90° anticlockwise. Standing figure with a spear on reverse, probably a degenerate version of a Mars reverse (VIRTVS AVG).
