I found this coin. Can anyone tell me something more about it?

begin with the weight. it should weigh close to 8 g.

and presumably somebody at school lost it.

look at the mint mark. hart to make out, I suppose it is a P, but I almost think it is a C...

Yes, I agree the images are not the best but I did not see a mint mark, only the engraver's initials, B.P.
Just because you can't see it ... doesn't mean it isn't there - Anon.
