The small one is an ottoman token, copying gold ottoman coins.
It is used on the costume of belly dansers
The first picture of this token looks to be mirrored?

​Actually, even the small one looks to be mirrored, probably because of the camera used.... look at the Islamic numerals. It's an imitation of this 1814 coin:

I agree with you though, a belly dancer adornment, and not a real coin.
