Any ideas on this? Is it even a coin?

Have had this in my collection for a long time, but dont know what it is. Its pretty small 1.4cm in fact, and is pretty heavy for its size (1.95 gr). It feels silver to me. The reverse seems to have a design, like a big "S" or something, but cannot make it out. Any ideas please?

Thank you all for the suggestions. Looks like we're onto something. My coins has a definitive "diamond" shape in the center of the four, almost clover looking, designs. I haven't found anything like that yet.
