I can see only " II * RD" and a face.

But the fleur-de-lis are not the same as on French coins, also the looks rotated upside-down.
I can see only few letters.

The second coin should be a quattrino minted in the Comtat Venaissin.
This territory was part of the Papal States and situated in France ; the pope Urban VIII followed the king coinage standards like the other french feudal issuers but used the bees (his emblem) instead of the lilies.

It's a French double tournois, I agree with that.
However I'm not sure the identification : it could be Henri IV or Louis XIV with this legend.

This kind of coins were minted at different places with various bust designs that changed over the time : all of them are not on Numista and it's sometimes hard to determine the exact type even when all details are visible.
