I was recently looking through my coin collection when I found that one of my pennies, a 1964 P penny, had a tilted reverse. Or a tilted obverse, if you made the reverse straight. So I put it in a case and ensured the word “Liberty” and “1964” on the obverse were parallel to the bottom of the coin case. When I turned it over, the reverse was tilted 10-15 degrees clockwise. Is this coin rare? If so, how much is it worth? If anyone has one of these, please reply to this. Thanks!

This is a die rotation error. What happens is that the upper die has been slightly misaligned, or else not tighten enough and started to turn. It is actually quite common and I don't think there is any premium for a minimal rotation. The closer you get to 180º, the higher the premium.
There are two Canadian 1859 large cents that have been posted on this site which are either "upset dies", i.e. struck coin reverse ↑↓ instead of medal reverse ↑↑, or else from rotated dies since they're not exactly 180º aligned. If they truly are upset dies, they're worth a lot more than rotated dies.
