It can be identified by the lettering on the upper-left of the reverse, (NG = New Granada).
The bust used is actually that of Charles IV of Spain, but due to the political instability of Spain (being invaded by Napoleon) at the time, some colonial coins continued to be struck with the old dies featuring the previous monarch's bust, with only the King's name modified to "Ferdin VII".
