1794 One Cent USA Help with identifying variation type

Hi I am trying to find out which variant of this year is for the cent? I am trying to help identify it for my father but my research seems to show a lot of differences for coins of this year any help much appreciated

In that condition, it is a VERY valuable coin (even though the "head of 1794" is the least valuable of them it's still worth a lot), probably worth getting it certified? And they'd be able to tell you exactly which of the varieties it is (looks like about 60 of them?)

If I had to guess looking at the pictures in those links, I'd pick S-24
