What coin is this, or is this even a coin?
To be honest, it looks like a random piece of metal someone decided to flog on Ebay.

If the seller wants to claim it's a siege coin, ask him for a catalogue reference, or even details on where/when approximately it's from.

I did not want to ask...but (god works in mysterious ways) I found a picture of this coin while searching for information of the artois 10 sols siege coin.

It could be a coin from the English civil war/the great rebellion.
I also found this picture:
So its a half-crown siege coin, Scarborough, https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Great_Siege_of_Scarborough_Castle , but I doubt Scarborough coins are that common. I only found one mention in John Coles "The Scarborough album of history and poetry" (1825)

"by-the-by this reminds me, that if you could procure for me a half-crown of Charles I, struck at Scarborough, I should be glad to have it"

Modern copies are sold of the 1 crown coin.
This seems more used than any of those copies
