Recently acquired this coin from ebay
Can't find the exact coin in the Numista list
Reverse of this coin has only 2 lines and ' V cash ' is written below the bottom line
? Is this a fake one or not listed on Numista
Any help is appreciated

Don't worry about your "2 lines". Your coin is off-centre and only a small part of your first line is visible but you do have a 3 line Kanarese legend. And remember, there is no full line under the first text line, only under the 2nd and 3th text lines. So what you see in the next picture under the red arrow is a part of the first text line:

I agree with everything Essor Prof said; a few months ago I had the opportunity to add the corresponding Mysore 20 Cash to the catalogue (actually sujit did it!):

Sorry Cass, that's not completely true either. The corresponding Mysore 20 Cash is not the C# 177b in your link but the C# 177a in this link: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces64799.html
Differences between those two:
- Trunk of the elephant downwards in stead of upwards
- No Kanarese text between "Sri" and the elephant
- Sri is variety 2 on C# 177a and variety 1 on C# 177b
- No full line under the first text line on the reverse
