The lettering on the observe does not seem to match with #KM33 coin on numista website .

Please do help me

It is not fake. Your coin is KM#33.3. The image in the numista listing is that of KM#33.1
The obverse inscription on your coin has the ruler's name as "Shivaji Rao Holkar Bahadur" whereas on KM#33.1 it is just "Shivaji Rao Holkar"
Also the reverse inscription have "Indore" above denomination and date. The date on your coin is VS1948
