On the internet there is no price , never sold that year, no info exept on NGC that exists..
Does this mean its rare, how valuable it is ??

(1853AD)
In this link, is that your actually coin?
Can you provide pictures, weight and dimensions?

Its this coin,no need for weight and diameter
It's 1255 (1846) ١٢٥٥- ٨
The coin in the photo has two numbers that give the date of mintage. The first is the regnal year, the year the ruler ascended to the throne. That is the 1255. The second is the consecutive years of rule. It is shown as ١٥ which is the Arabic for year 15. So the actual year of the coin is 1270 AH, which is 1853 AD.

It is not rare, as there are many different images of this coin on the internet. As PetrusAscanus mentioned, it just is not being sold at this time.
According to Krause the values for KM#676 year 1255/8 (1846) are
VG= $20,00; F=$22.50; VF=$27.50; XF=$55.00
A picture and dimentions would help.

Here you see pictures ARE important. Your coin is indeed 1255/8
Looks like your coin has been in a war.
The blubs are the remainings of an 'eye' and the coins has propably been on a belly dansers costume, or used as pendant jewelry.
In that state, only te bullion value I think
