Looking to know if this is a Small H or a Small H/Large H.

Thinking it is a Small H.

Is it worth anything in this pretty poor condition?

i think that could be called Fine condition. Full edges, some crown details, part of the king's ear, some details on the leaves, and very nice coloring.
