Weight and diameter ?
Ascension year of Mahmud II (1223 AH), mint "Misr" for the Egyptian eyalet.
Crude style : a counterfeited coin or just a token ?

Seems to have the regnal year 21 on it, so 1837.
Probably a token given the style of the wreath, and the lack of denomination beneath the tughra.
