Hello! I bought this coin and I can't seem to know what it is. It looks almost to the Byzantine coins. Any ideas?

It doesn't look Byzantine at all to me; it's probably from 18th century Europe judging by the style of the bust.

I see DG (Dei Gratia, by the grace of god) REG FAC so possibly a French jeton de compte, from the reign of Louis XV; could you take a more focused photo of the side with the portrait please?
