1 new sheqel israel coin

Hi ..I have a small nickel? round israel 1 sheqel coin.. I have tried to research this coin with little success...I tried to identify the date .. i first thought 1986? I'm not sure. I have seen a few on eBay. But the coin I have has a small circle under the emblem..the ones i see on ebay don't have a circle. Can someone tell me if this coin is of value or a printing error..thank you in advance ..

Coin's year is 2006. תשס"ו.
