Fake or real Chinese Coin?

Can someone give me their opinion on this coin. I think it is fake. I got it in a trade and the other person thinks it's real.

I'm sorry to tell you that this other person is either lying or mistaken; but in both cases, wrong. That coin is beyond any shadow of a doubt fake; for one it is using a fantasy design, and of course it bears all the trademarks of a modern fake.

Is the other person a Numista member?

The other person is a numista user and we did agree to return the coin and another trade but they are making it very difficult to do another trade since they want only silver every time and they are cross the world from where I live.
