I made a post with this coin before but as I put 3 coins in it, and got no answer for this one, I supposed I could give it another shot, this time separately.

I looked up all the fanam types on Numista but this one seemed to be unlisted. Does anyone know what it is, where it came from?

Ow...I didn't know there was such thing. It's not even based on an actual fanam design, then? I wonder if this is gold or what...
