Cannot locate this huge 6cm banque misr coin design? Is it rare?

I have found similar smaller coins with a different design but not this same design?

is it a coin or medal? Value?

​Indeed, a medal commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Banque Misr (Misr being the Arabic term for Egypt). Maybe it's rare (as in low mintage), but that doesn't mean valuable necessarily; my guess is worth what someone will pay for it.
