Mezzo Baiocco - ID [решено]

I’m trying to identify this old coin, likely from the 17-19th century Papal States, but most of the coins I find read MEZZO BAIOCCO and not MEZO. Moreover, I haven’t identified the arms on the other side yet. Can anyone tell me what it is?
