Old Czechoslovak coin/medal identification [решено]

Hello everyone, yesterday I was going through my deceased grandpa's old stuff in his cellar and I found this Czechoslovak coin/medal. It is exactly 60mm in diameter and from it's color I assumed it is made of bronze. I tried to google it but nothing showed up. Can anyone help me identifying it?
